Who am I? 

I'm Michelle Gyimah, the founder of pay gaps strategy consultancy ‘Equality Pays' whose remit is to help medium-sized organisations address their pay transparency challenges and close their pay gaps.

Due to my 10 years at the Equality & Human Rights Commission I bring nuanced analysis to these complex pay gap scenarios.

As founder of Equality Pays I have a proven track record workinging with clients like LinkedIn, London Business School, The NHS, Diageo and L’Oreal to name a few.

I've also been recognised as a gender equality "LinkedIn Top Voice," and I also host the podcast 'Pay Gap Strategies for HR Leaders'.

This combined with my Master's in Human Rights from Manchester University gives me unique insights into addressing the practical aspects of pay gap issues.
